| At the COMPACT Banquet |
Members of the TCHS Service Learning Academy who were Washington, DC Trip winners were honored at the annual COMPACT Banquet at the Rosen Hotel.
Students visited the White House, U.S. Congress and Senator Nelson's office; national monuments, the Arlington Cemetery, Bolling Air Force Base, the Ford Theater, Mount Vernon, and the Supreme Court. The students meet annually with Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. This year we also were able to meet Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor.
